Probably works on NT servers
Tried this utility on our clustered print server on a Windows 2003 Server SAN system, but it simply failed to work for deleting a stalled job in a printer queue. We have about 200 printers hosted on this server, and every now and then, a job gets stuck and cannot be deleted. I tried this utility, but it did not work. It was apparently developed and released when Windows NT 4.0 server was getting popular, but now that windows 2000 and 2003 (and in February, Windows 2008 Server will be released), it probably needs a major update.
We solved our problem by using the Cluster Administrator tools, so I cannot really write a reliable review about this utility. Perhaps if you're still running legacy WinNT 4.0 servers, it will probably work fine, but if you're still using that old security trap, you have more problems to deal with than simple print queue issues.
